The 2022 Abus Crane System is a robust and reliable lifting solution designed for demanding industrial environments. Operating on 380–415 V / 50 Hz, it delivers a substantial load capacity of 6,000 kg with smooth and controlled performance. The system offers dual lifting speeds of 0.8 and 5 m/min and travelling speeds of 5 or 20 m/min, making it suitable for both precision handling and rapid load transfer. Built to FEM Group 1Am / M4 standards, it features a 6,000 mm hook path and a compact trolley span of 300 mm. The hoist motor (1 / 6.2 kW) and dual travel drives (2 × 0.06 / 0.28 kW) ensure efficient operation with duty cycles of 60% and 50% respectively, handling up to 360 switching operations per hour.
