Condor STP-1022AD Surface Grinder with incremental down feed.I have had this machine since 2003, I believe it is a 1996 machine from what I can deduce from the serial number plate.It has been faultless in all the time I have owned it. I am only selling it as I have bought a bigger grinder.I replaced the magnetic chuck relatively recently with a fine pole manual chuck. This holds small components really well.It has not been used in production, I work on my own as a toolmaker, so only I have used it in my ownership.
Total footprint required 2.3m x 1.4m x 1.9m tall (plus 0.32m for the cover on top) This is measured with the table fully left then right and all the way out in the Y axis. The grinder can be put up against the wall as I have as all electrical cabinets are on the sides.
It is a 3 phase machine, I have run it on a 16 amp supply. So would probably run on a phase converter but you would need to check that out for yourself.
The grinder takes 200mm x 20mm x 31.75mm grinding wheels and comes with 2 spares. It has coolant and a dust extractor.Also fitted is a 110v low volt light.
The machine will be available from the beginning of June as it may be in use until my new one arrives as its replacement.I am happy to demo the machine and I encourage you to check the machine out.It is collection only and I do not have a forklift to load unfortunately so will need a hiab flat bed to lift it onto the transport.
